By using the Services, you are directing Amazon to store, manage, organize and provide access to Your Files on your behalf. Section 3.3 separately lets Amazon use, access and retain Your Files to provide the Services, enforce the Agreement and improve its services, so Amazon's permitted uses are broader than acting on your behalf.

You may not share, print or comment with defamatory, hateful, unlawful or rights-infringing material
You may not share Your Files, order prints of them (electronic or physical), or comment on files shared with you through the Services if they are or contain defamatory, threatening, abusive, pornographic or otherwise objectionable material; advocate bigotry, hatred or illegal discrimination; or violate any law, any intellectual property, publicity, privacy or other right of others, or any license or agreement that binds you.

You may not share, or order prints of Your Files, whether in electronic or tangible print form, or make comments on files that have been shared with you through the Services (a) that are or that contain defamatory, threatening, abusive, pornographic, or otherwise objectionable material, (b) that advocate bigotry, hatred, or illegal discrimination, or (c) that violates any law, any intellectual property, publicity, privacy, or other right of others, or any license or other agreement by which you are bound.
