Using the Appstore binds you, your household members and anyone who uses it under your account
If you use the Amazon Appstore, you agree to be bound by the Agreement on behalf of yourself, all members of your household, and others who use the Appstore under your account.

IF YOU USE THE AMAZON APPSTORE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THIS AGREEMENT ON BEHALF OF YOURSELF AND ALL MEMBERS OF YOUR HOUSEHOLD AND OTHERS WHO USE THE AMAZON APPSTORE UNDER YOUR ACCOUNT.

Your rights end automatically if you break the terms; Amazon may then revoke access without notice or refund
Your rights under the Agreement terminate automatically, without notice from Amazon, if you fail to comply with its terms. If that happens you must stop all use of the Appstore and the Appstore Software, and Amazon may immediately revoke your access without notice and without refunding any purchases. Amazon not insisting on or enforcing strict compliance does not waive any of its rights.
Supporting quotations
Your rights under this Agreement will automatically terminate without notice from us if you fail to comply with its terms. In case of such termination, you must cease all use of the Amazon Appstore and the Appstore Software, and we may immediately revoke your access to the Amazon Appstore without notice to you and without refund of any purchases.
Our failure to insist upon or enforce your strict compliance with this Agreement will not constitute a waiver of any of our rights.
Qualifications & exceptions
- Termination is triggered by your non-compliance and happens without notice.
