Ancestry does not knowingly collect Personal Information directly from anyone under 13 and will try to delete it
Ancestry says it does not knowingly seek or collect Personal Information directly from anyone under the age of 13, and that it will take commercially reasonable efforts to delete such data from its systems. This sits alongside the rule that children under 13 may not create accounts (with a school-based AncestryClassroom exception).
