Your sole remedy is to stop using the Services; total liability is capped at what you paid in the prior 12 months
If you are dissatisfied with any portion of the Services or any statement in the Terms, your sole remedy is to stop using the Services and, for subscription Services, cancel your subscription. Ancestry’s total liability in any matter related to the Services or the Terms is limited to the aggregate amount you paid Ancestry during the 12-month period before the event giving rise to the liability.
