After termination Anthropic may delete your Materials, and some sections continue to apply
When these Terms, a Subscription or your access to the Services ends, Anthropic may, at its option, delete any Materials or other data associated with your Account. Section 6 survives the end of the Terms or a Subscription only for fees still outstanding at that time, and Sections 9 through 12 also survive.
Supporting quotations
Upon termination of these Terms, a Subscription, or your access to the Services, we may at our option delete any Materials or other data associated with your Account.
Sections 6 (with respect to fees outstanding as of such expiration or termination) and 9 – 12 will survive any expiration or termination of our Terms or a Subscription.
You are responsible for paying any applicable fees listed for the Services on the [Model Pricing Page](https://www.anthropic.com/pricing) unless otherwise communicated to you by Anthropic in writing.
You agree that we may charge the Payment Method for any applicable fees listed on our Services and any applicable tax.
Qualifications & exceptions
- Deletion is optional for Anthropic: the Terms neither promise to delete your data on termination nor say how long it may be kept.
- Sections 9 to 12 cover software, ownership, warranty disclaimers, liability limits, indemnity and the general terms; Section 13 on disputes is not listed as surviving.
