Checks may share an envelope and Payee account numbers may be reformatted
Check payments to different Payee names may be mailed in one envelope when they share a mailing address and the Payee has not registered its full mailing address, including any secondary designation such as a suite or unit, with the USPS. If it needs to, Bank of America will change or reformat your Payee account number to match what the Payee requires for electronic payment processing and eBill activation.
