Users must give correct data, and the Company keeps it confidential except in five listed situations
Article 8 says a user applying for the Business must provide correct user data and notify the Company of changes, otherwise the user is responsible. Article 9 says the Company must keep the user data it obtains confidential and handle it in compliance with the 'Computer-Processed Personal Data Protection Law'. The Company may provide user data to third parties (1) with the user's consent; (2) on a lawful order of a judicial or criminal investigation authority for investigating crime; (3) on a lawful order of other government agencies exercising public authority; (4) to agencies related to public life safety conducting emergency rescue; or (5) in cases that meet Article 23 of the Computer-Processed Personal Data Protection Law.
