The policy requires a waiver of claims connected to unsolicited submissions
If you send unsolicited ideas to Calm or an employee despite the policy, the terms say you waive any right to make a claim against Calm in connection with those submissions. The policy says these terms apply even if you state otherwise when submitting.

If, despite our policy, you still submit your ideas to Calm or a Calm employee, you agree that the following terms will apply to your Unsolicited Submissions, even if you say otherwise in connection with your submission:
You hereby waive any right to make any claim against Calm in connection with the Unsolicited Submissions.
