Feedback you send becomes Capital One's property to use freely for any purpose
Any suggestions, comments and feedback you submit become Capital One's property. Capital One may use the feedback without restriction, including reproducing, displaying, transforming, distributing and creating derivative works, and may use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques in it for any purpose.

You agree that any suggestions, comments, and feedback you submit to Capital One (“Feedback”) shall be the property of Capital One. Capital One is free to use any Feedback without any restriction of any kind.
Capital One can also use any ideas, concepts, know-how or techniques in such Feedback for any purpose.

Capital One owns the IP in the services, and the Agreement gives you no IP rights
Capital One owns the intellectual property rights related to or used with the services, including patents, trade secrets, copyrights and trademarks; other intellectual property belongs to its respective owners. Nothing in the Agreement gives you any rights in intellectual property owned by Capital One or others.

Capital One owns the intellectual property rights related to or used in connection with these services. This includes patents, trade secrets, copyrights, and trademarks.
Nothing in this Agreement gives you any rights with respect to any intellectual property rights owned by Capital One or others.
