Zelle text services: you consent to messages, possible auto-dialing, and indemnify for numbers not yours
By participating as a User you represent that you own the email address, mobile number or other alias you registered, or have legal authority to act for the owner. You consent to emails or text messages from Chase, Zelle, other Users sending or requesting money, and other Network Financial Institutions or their agents about the Services or related transfers. Chase says it does not currently use automatic telephone dialing systems, but you agree that Chase, Zelle or their agents may use them for text messages to any mobile number you enrol. You must immediately tell Chase if an enrolled number or email, or one used as a Zelle tag contact method, is given up or changed. For text messages sent through Chase or Zelle, or sent on your behalf, you represent that you have the recipient’s consent, and you understand messages sent on your behalf may include your name. You agree to indemnify, defend and hold Chase harmless from claims, losses, liability, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) from your giving a phone number, email address or other delivery location that is not your own or violating applicable law, and this obligation survives termination.
