Customer Responsibility for Account Activity and Security Disclaimer

Cricket does not guarantee account security. Customers are fully responsible for all activity occurring on or through their account, must maintain the security of passwords and account information, and must immediately notify Cricket of any unauthorized use.

Supporting quotations

You are responsible for any activity that occurs on or through your Account. We do not guarantee the security of your Account. You must ensure that your Account information and password(s) for accessing or using your account and personal information are secure. If you learn of any unauthorized use of any Cricket Account, please contact us immediately.

  • Immediate contact required upon learning of unauthorized use

Customer Liability for Home Network Security and Connected Device Activity

Customers bear sole responsibility for providing compatible local equipment, securing passwords, hardening home Wi-Fi networks, and all activities conducted through their Home Internet service.

Supporting quotations

You are responsible for compatible devices, wiring, local networking equipment, and software not provided by Cricket. The condition and capabilities of your devices and home network may affect your experience. You are also responsible for securing your home network, passwords, and connected devices and for activity occurring through your Home Internet Service.

Qualifications & exceptions

  • Customer responsible for securing home Wi-Fi and passwords
  • Customer strictly liable for all activity occurring through Home Internet connection
