Within the Territory and subject to this Agreement, the companies grant you a limited, personal-use, non-transferable, non-assignable, revocable, non-exclusive and non-sublicensable right to install and make non-commercial personal use of the Services, and to stream or temporarily download the movies, shows and other content available to you through them.

Without the companies' express written permission, you may not, or let anyone else, circumvent or disable content protection or digital rights management; copy the content except as the Agreement expressly allows; rebroadcast, transmit or perform it; or create derivative works of it. These restrictions are a condition of your license.

You may not do any of the restricted content uses (circumventing protection, copying, rebroadcasting, derivative works) in connection with building, prompting, fine-tuning, training, testing, benchmarking or validating any AI or machine learning tool. You also may not access, monitor, copy or extract the Services with robots, spiders, scripts or other automated means, including to create AI tools, mine data, scrape, or build any dataset or database. Public search engines may use spiders to build search indexes to the extent the companies have not disallowed it, for example through robots.txt or NOINDEX/NOFOLLOW tags.

When your subscription to a Service is terminated, whether by the companies' decision or at your request, you lose the right to access streamed or downloaded content through that Service. An ordinary cancellation is different: your subscription continues until the end of the subscription term.

Still, for anything you submit, solicited or not, you agree it is not confidential, creates no confidential or fiduciary relationship, and carries no expectation of review or compensation. The companies do not claim ownership, but you grant them a non-exclusive, sublicensable, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license under all intellectual property, privacy and publicity rights to use, reproduce, display, adapt or otherwise exploit it for any purpose, without time limit, notice, attribution, permission or payment.
