NOTICE REGARDING CONSUMER HEALTH DATA

Dunkin’ collects health data when you voluntarily provide that information in a request or complaint to customer service.

Health data you choose to provide may include your:

Health conditions, treatment, diseases, or diagnosis;

Health-related surgeries or procedures;

Use or purchase or prescribed medication; or

Bodily functions, vital signs, symptoms, or health-related measurements.

We will use any information you provide to respond to your request or address your complaint or to establish, exercise, or defend a legal claim. If you submit a request or complaint specific to a Dunkin’ franchise organization, we will share that request or complaint, including your health data, with the franchise organization. We may also share your health data with our affiliate Inspire Brands, Inc.
