Privacy requests may require identity verification
Send rights requests to privacy@eightsleep.com; EEA, UK and Swiss residents can also use the linked Prighter portal. Eight Sleep says it will not discriminate for exercising these rights and may need further identity-verification information. If a request is denied, you can appeal using Section 11’s contact methods. Neither you nor your agent must pay a fee for verification of a request or appeal.

We will not require you or your authorized agent to pay a fee for the verification of your request or appeal.

Before accepting an agent’s request, Eight Sleep requires proof of authorization and may ask you to verify your identity directly. It does not charge you or the agent for verification of the request or appeal.
