Autopilot can adjust device settings using sleep and biometric data
Automated processing, including Autopilot and AI features, analyzes sleep and biometric data and adjusts Pod temperature, firmness and other settings to personalize and improve the Services. Eight Sleep says these decisions have no legal or similarly significant effects. You can adjust or disable automated features in app settings at any time. Where law requires, you can seek information about the logic, contest profiling results and request human review.

We use automated processing, including through our Autopilot and AI-powered features, to analyze your sleep and biometric data and make automated adjustments to your Pod's temperature, firmness, and other settings. These automated decisions are made to personalize and improve the Services for you and do not produce legal or similarly significant effects. You may adjust or disable automated features at any time through the App settings. Where required by applicable law, you have the right to request information about the logic involved in automated decision-making, to contest the results of profiling, and to request human review of a decision.
