You must safeguard your account credentials

Eight Sleep uses account credentials to provide Services under its contract and to maintain and secure accounts in its legitimate interests. Registered users are responsible for keeping credentials safe; it recommends not sharing access details and asks you to contact it immediately if you suspect compromise.

Supporting quotations

Account information, such as username and password. We use this information to provide the Services, as required to perform our contract with you, and because it is in our legitimate interest to maintain and secure your account with us. If you choose to register an account, you are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. We recommend you do not share your access details with anyone else. If you believe your account has been compromised, please contact us immediately.

Reasonable protection does not guarantee secure transmission

Eight Sleep says it makes reasonable efforts to protect information but cannot guarantee perfect security. Electronic information may not be secure in transit; it recommends avoiding insecure channels for sensitive or confidential information.

Supporting quotations

Despite our reasonable efforts to protect your information, no security measures are impenetrable, and we cannot guarantee "perfect security." Any information you send to us electronically, while using the Services or otherwise interacting with us, may not be secure while in transit. We recommend that you do not use unsecure channels to send us sensitive or confidential information.
