App Store purchases use the store’s billing and refund rules
For purchases through an App Store such as Apple or Google, your billing relationship and payment method are with that store. All cancellation and refund requests must go to the store under its policies; Flo says it cannot process or issue them. Telehealth billing depends on the provider model
For the US medical telehealth services defined here, payment may go directly to the provider or through Flo as billing agent or management-services entity. The fee description includes Flo platform administration and independent clinical professional fees. When Flo acts as billing agent, cleared funds received by Flo satisfy your payment obligation to the provider. Referral-only services are a separate case: Flo collects no payment and the provider’s own billing terms govern.
Supporting quotations
Depending on the Telehealth Provider, payment may be collected directly by the Telehealth Provider or collected by Flo acting as a billing agent or, as applicable, a management services entity for the Telehealth Provider or independent medical practices. You understand that by using and accessing the Telehealth Services, your fees will include an administrative fee, charged by Flo Health for access to the platform and the suite of platform services provided to you such as access to our technology platform, customer support and scheduling, among others, professional fees, related to the professional services provided by your independent Telehealth Provider (i.e., Clinician consult fees).
Where Flo collects payment as a billing agent, your payment obligation to the Telehealth Provider is fulfilled upon Flo's receipt of cleared funds. Unless explicitly stated otherwise herein or as required by applicable law, all fees paid through the Flo App for Telehealth Services, bundles, or associated monthly memberships are non-refundable except as expressly set forth in Section 20.7. Flo does not issue refunds on behalf of the Telehealth Provider for clinical evaluations or missed appointments.
20.8 Referral-Only Telehealth Providers. Certain Telehealth Providers accessible through the Flo App are made available solely on a referral or marketing basis, and Flo collects no payment in connection with those services, e.g. Allara (“Referral Telehealth Provider”). For Referral Telehealth Providers: (a) Flo directs you to the Referral Telehealth Provider’s platform, and as described in (e) below, may share limited Private Information with the Referral Telehealth Provider to facilitate the referral; (b) all fees, billing, subscriptions, and refunds are governed exclusively by the Referral Telehealth Provider’s own terms and policies; (c) Flo has no liability for the Referral Telehealth Provider’s fees, billing practices, service quality, or availability; (d) all billing and refund inquiries must be directed to the Referral Telehealth Provider; and (e) notwithstanding that Flo collects no payment in connection with Referral Telehealth Provider services, Flo may, on the basis of your consent, share Private Information with Telehealth Providers. This is separate from and does not affect, the payment and billing independence described in paragraphs (b) through (d) above.
“Telehealth Services” means the medical services rendered by a Clinician using synchronous and asynchronous telehealth technology in the United States of America.
“Referral Telehealth Provider” means a third-party licensed healthcare provider to whom Flo may direct users for telehealth services, where the user contracts and transacts directly with that provider.

White-label refunds are limited, with a 72-hour unused-service window
Fees paid through Flo for telehealth are generally non-refundable, subject to express exceptions and applicable law; Flo does not refund clinical evaluations or missed appointments for the provider. For white-label providers such as Hello Alpha, you may request a full refund to the original payment method within 72 hours if no service has been rendered. For Hello Alpha, service starts when a clinician begins reviewing the intake form. The recurring-plan clause separately says monthly fees are non-refundable once charged, so do not assume the 72-hour window guarantees a refund of every monthly charge. Provider termination can also produce a credit or refund for undeliverable prepaid time.

20.7.1 Telehealth Plan Cancellations and Renewals. If your access to the Telehealth Services is tied to a recurring monthly plan or bundle, all monthly plan fees are non-refundable once charged. To avoid automatic renewal and charges for future billing cycles, you must cancel your plan at least 48 hours prior to your next scheduled renewal date. Upon processing a cancellation, you will not receive a prorated refund for the current billing period, but you will retain access to the Telehealth Services through the end of the period you have already paid for.
20.7.2 Service Interruption and Telehealth Provider Changes. In the event that Flo terminates its relationship with any Telehealth Provider, or a Telehealth Provider ceases clinical operations, Flo will provide at least thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to affected subscribers where practicable. Subscribers with prepaid subscription time that cannot be delivered following such termination will receive a pro-rated credit or refund for the unused portion of their paid period, calculated on a per-day basis by reference to the subscription price divided by the number of days in the applicable billing period.

Section 20.7 also contains a conditional 72-hour unused-service refund request and a provider-termination credit/refund, so those provisions must be considered separately.
