Function may retain and use Personal Information after account deletion as permitted by law. It reserves retention permitted by these Terms and the Privacy Policy, or necessary or advisable for legal compliance. The separate Privacy Policy is not supplied here, so this card does not establish a retention period or its fuller retention rules.

i. You acknowledge and agree that your decision to deactivate, cease or end usage, and/or terminate this Agreement does not automatically entitle you to a credit, rebate, refund, or discount and may result in the removal and/or deletion of your Account, your Personal Information, and/or your User Content, at Function's sole election and discretion. Note that doing so may result in deletion of all of your data and information stored on the Services or shared via the Services, and we will bear no responsibility for such loss of data or information; provided that we may retain any information or data as permitted under these Terms and subject to our rights under the Privacy Policy, or as may be necessary or advisable in order to comply with any applicable law, rule, statute, order or regulation.
iii. As permitted by applicable law, Function may still retain and use your Personal Information after you have deleted your Account. For more information, please review our Privacy Policy.
