Google may automatically analyze your content to run, improve and personalize services, including ads

The license is for the limited purpose of operating and improving the services, meaning letting them work as designed and creating new features. This includes using automated systems and algorithms to analyze your content for spam, malware and illegal content; to recognize patterns in data (for example, suggesting a new Google Photos album); and to customize services for you, such as recommendations and personalized search results, content and ads. Google says you can change or turn off ad personalization in Ads Settings. The analysis occurs as content is sent, received and when it is stored.
