These Terms govern your use of Hilton’s booking channels — its websites, mobile apps and telephone reservation centers, which the Terms call the “Sites” — to search for and book accommodations that Hilton does not own, operate, license, franchise or control, which the Terms call “Partner Accommodations” and describe as independent entities. A booking under these Terms is therefore a booking at a property Hilton does not control.

The Terms say they form a legally binding agreement between you and Hilton and are incorporated by reference into Hilton’s Site Usage Agreement. Bookings at Partner Accommodations through the Sites are also subject to that Site Usage Agreement and to the Additional Terms it describes, and capitalised words that these Terms do not define take their meanings from the Site Usage Agreement. That Site Usage Agreement is a separate document that this page links but does not supply.
These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and Hilton, and form part of, and are hereby incorporated by reference into, Hilton’s Site Usage Agreement. Bookings at Partner Accommodations through the Sites are also subject to Hilton's Site Usage Agreement and the Additional Terms described in Hilton’s Site Usage Agreement. When you book a Partner Accommodation through the Sites, your reservation is directly with the Partner Accommodation and not with Hilton, and it is subject to any applicable partner policies and terms the partner may provide. A booking is only valid after it is confirmed by or on behalf of the Partner Accommodation, so a booking that has not been confirmed is not yet a valid booking.
When you book a Partner Accommodation through the Sites, your reservation will be directly with the Partner Accommodation and not with Hilton. You further agree that your booking will be subject to any applicable Partner Accommodation policies and terms that they may provide to you. A booking is only valid after it is confirmed by or on behalf of the Partner Accommodation.

Information about Partner Accommodations — availability, safety standards, amenities, accessible features, house rules, sustainability efforts, pricing and cancellation policies — is provided by the Partner Accommodations themselves and not by Hilton. The Partners are responsible for that information’s accuracy and timeliness even when the Sites display it, and each Partner Accommodation is managed by its own property manager, which is responsible for the accuracy, completeness and timeliness of the content it provides. The terms also state that Hilton does not own, operate, license, franchise or control the Partner Accommodations.
The information regarding Partner Accommodations, including availability, safety standards, Amenities, accessible features, house rules, sustainability efforts, pricing, and cancellation policies, is provided by the Partner Accommodations themselves and not by Hilton. Partner Accommodations are responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of this information even if the information is provided through the Sites.
Hilton does not own, operate, license, franchise or control the Partner Accommodations. Each Partner Accommodation is managed by its own property manager that is responsible for the Partner Accommodations and the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of the content and information they provide.

Cancellation policies vary by Partner Accommodation, and the terms state that Hilton cancellation policy(ies) do not apply to Partner Accommodations. You are told to familiarise yourself with the property’s policy for modifying or cancelling a reservation before booking. A booking may also be cancelled by the Partner Accommodation from time to time, and you agree that Hilton is not responsible for such cancellations.
Prior to booking a Partner Accommodation, please familiarize yourself with the policy for modifying or cancelling your reservation, as cancellation policies vary by Partner Accommodation. Hilton cancellation policy(ies) do not apply to Partner Accommodations. You understand and agree that, from time to time, a booking may be cancelled by the Partner Accommodation, and you agree that Hilton is not responsible for any such cancellations.

Your experience at Partner Accommodations may differ significantly from that at Hilton properties, because Hilton Brand Standards, including the safety standards, do not apply there, and some Partner Accommodations are not traditional hotels. The level of support Hilton provides for matters such as call center assistance, changes and cancellations may be limited, because Partner Accommodations are not fully integrated into Hilton’s technology or processes.
Please be aware that your experience at Partner Accommodations may differ significantly from that at Hilton properties, as Hilton Brand Standards including the safety standards do not apply. Some Partner Accommodations are not traditional hotels. The level of support provided by Hilton for issues such as call center assistance, changes, and cancellations may be limited due to Partner Accommodations not being fully integrated into Hilton's technology or processes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, you agree to release, indemnify and hold harmless Hilton and its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, agents, employees, contractors, licensees and representatives against liability, claims or actions of any kind for injuries, damage or loss to persons (including death) or property that may be sustained or arise in connection with four things: your breach of these Terms; your and your guests’ stay at a Partner Accommodation; your and your guests’ participation in any recreational or other activity offered or available at a Partner Accommodation; and any dispute between you and a Partner Accommodation. The terms add that this is in addition to, and does not limit, the releases, limitations of liability and indemnity obligations in the Site Usage Agreement or its Additional Terms, so this release is stated to be additional to, and not a limit on, those. This is the parties’ contractual allocation of risk; what a court would enforce is a separate question this document does not answer.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, YOU AGREE TO RELEASE, INDEMNIFY, AND HOLD HILTON AND ITS RESPECTIVE PARENTS, SUBSIDIARIES, AFFILIATES, AGENTS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSEES AND REPRESENTATIVES HARMLESS FROM AND AGAINST ANY AND ALL LIABILITY, CLAIMS, OR ACTIONS OF ANY KIND WHATSOEVER FOR INJURIES, DAMAGES, OR LOSSES TO PERSONS (INCLUDING DEATH) OR PROPERTY WHICH MAY BE SUSTAINED OR ARISE IN CONNECTION WITH: (I) YOUR BREACH OF THESE TERMS; (II) YOUR AND YOUR GUEST(S) STAY AT A PARTNER ACCOMMODATION; (III) YOUR AND YOUR GUEST(S) PARTICIPATION IN ANY RECREATIONAL OR OTHER ACTIVITY OFFERED OR AVAILABLE AT A PARTNER ACCOMMODATION; AND (IV) ANY DISPUTE ARISING BETWEEN YOU AND ANY PARTNER ACCOMMODATION.
The foregoing is in addition to, and does not limit any releases, limitations of liability or indemnity obligations in Hilton's Site Usage Agreement or any Additional Terms described in Hilton’s Site Usage Agreement.

Hilton reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with the updated version posted on the Sites. To the limited extent of a conflict between these Terms and the Site Usage Agreement, these Terms govern as regards booking and use of the Partner Accommodations made available through the Sites and any booking or stay at, or other interaction with, such Partner Accommodations. Except to the extent of any such conflict, the Site Usage Agreement continues to apply, so the Site Usage Agreement remains the operative document for everything this page does not cover.
Hilton reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, with the updated version to be posted on the Sites, as applicable. To the limited extent of a conflict between these Terms and the Site Usage Agreement, these Terms will govern with regard to the booking and use of the Partner Accommodations made available through the Sites, and any booking or stay at, or other interaction with, such Partner Accommodations. Except to the extent of any such conflict(s), the Site Usage Agreement continues to apply.
