LinkedIn may disable or terminate accounts or groups that infringe, repeatedly infringe or post unlawful content

LinkedIn states that its policy, in appropriate circumstances and in its discretion, is to disable and/or terminate the accounts of Members, or groups, that infringe or repeatedly infringe the rights of others or otherwise post unlawful content. The decision rests on LinkedIn’s discretion; the policy sets no fixed number of violations or warning step.
