Data Access & Collection · Context

Privacy is handled by a separate Privacy Statement that these Terms only link to

This section does not itself describe what personal data Microsoft collects or how it uses it. It points to a linked Privacy Statement for the disclosures about the collection and use of your personal data. That statement is not part of this document, so what it says is not summarized here. Other sections of these Terms do touch on information, such as the processing of AI service inputs and Microsoft's reserved right to disclose information, and are explained in their own cards.
