Offer Eligibility Determination

Netflix may offer special promotions and determines eligibility for these offers at its sole discretion. Netflix reserves the right to revoke an offer if it determines a user is not eligible. Information such as device ID, payment method, or contact information may be used to determine eligibility.

Offer eligibility is determined by Netflix at its sole discretion and we reserve the right to revoke an Offer and put your account on hold in the event that we determine you are not eligible. Members of households with an existing or recent Netflix account may not be eligible for certain introductory Offers.
