Cross-references

  • contrast (model-proposed): Users keep ownership of the Content and personal data they submit; Ovia makes no claim to it — Section 15.1 says the user keeps all ownership rights and the right to use their personal data as they determine; Section 23.3 says account termination (by either side) cuts access to that personal data immediately, with the user solely responsible for keeping copies. The tension may be reconcilable (ownership persists while service access ends), but the two provisions point in different directions on what happens to the user's ongoing right of use.
