Invitees chosen by the user can view, share and add Content and may access the user's personal data
The user can invite family members and/or friends (“Invitee”) to see and receive Content through the Ovia applications. Invitees may have the same access to Ovia-generated content as the user, and can themselves invite others. The Terms warn users to be mindful whom they invite: an Invitee may access Content and personal data the user has entered, will be able to view and share the user's Content (posts, notes, messages, photos, videos, etc.), and may be able to add content to the user's application experience. If the user does not want personal data shared with Invitees, they should not invite them. As Section 13 states, Ovia Health is not liable for content submitted by any other user.

A child's profile photo and name in Ovia Parenting go into daily emails to Invitees and account owners
In Ovia Parenting, a submitted child's profile photo and name will be used in Ovia's daily emails to Invitees and account owners. By submitting, the user acknowledges the photo and name are not confidential, states they have all necessary permission to submit, and consents to Ovia using the photo within the app and in email communications to Invitees and account owners. The Terms warn that such emails could easily be forwarded to anyone by an Invitee or an account owner; users who do not want a child's photo and name distributed widely should not submit a child's profile photo or name. Section 17's consent ask remains in force: users without guardianship should not provide information about a baby or child without first getting the parents' consent, and Section 17 confirms Ovia may collect information about children and babies from their parents using the Services.
