SHEIN reserves the right to suspend or terminate your User Account and/or cancel your orders in its discretion, including if it believes your conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to its interests. If it discontinues your account for a violation of the Terms or conduct otherwise deemed inappropriate, you agree not to re-register or access the Services under a different name or account. You may terminate your account at any time, for any reason, by following instructions in the Site or App or by contacting SHEIN. If your Wallet holds promotional points, promotional coupons or wallet credit at termination or cancellation you may lose the ability to use them, except as provided by applicable law, if you do not reach out to Customer Service. To the fullest extent permitted by law SHEIN has no liability to you for any suspension or termination of your account.
