What you submit is Customer Data that the Customer owns and controls

When you submit content or information to the Services, such as messages or files, the terms call it 'Customer Data'. You acknowledge and agree that the Customer owns this Customer Data and that the Contract gives the Customer many choices and control over it. As examples, the Customer may add or remove access, turn third-party integrations on or off, manage permissions, retention and export settings, transfer or assign workspaces, share channels, or merge your workspace or channels with others. These choices and instructions may lead to access, use, disclosure, modification or deletion of some or all Customer Data, which includes what you contributed.
