Cancellation Procedure, Billing Cycle Charges, and Number Porting
Services continue until cancelled by contacting T-Mobile. Charges continue through the billing cycle end, and porting a number to another carrier immediately deactivates service while still incurring a full billing cycle charge. Cancellation may accelerate equipment installment plans.
Supporting quotations
Your Services and subscriptions continue until you cancel them, which you may need to do by contacting us. You are responsible for all Charges incurred through the end of, or resulting from, your Service term, including Charges covering periods where your Service is suspended.
