Telegram uses third-party payment processors and authorized resellers to facilitate secure and effortless purchases of [Telegram Premium](https://telegram.org/tos#terms-of-service-for-telegram-premium) and [Telegram Stars](https://telegram.org/tos/stars).

These may be acquired via in-app purchases through the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, in which case the transaction is processed and billed by the respective platform provider in accordance with its terms and conditions. For card-based purchases outside app stores, the seller and merchant of record may be an authorized reseller acting in its own name under license from Telegram, which may include:
