Telegram takes reasonable steps against copying paid posts; you accept the risk they may still be shared

People who paid to unlock a post keep access to it inside Telegram apps even if you delete the post or channel
Inside Telegram apps, users who paid to unlock a post on your channel can keep accessing it even if you delete the original post or the entire channel. If you remove a user from your channel, or the user unsubscribes, they still keep access to that original post from their transaction history, but they cannot view other posts you publish. Telegram points to Section 3.3.5 of its Privacy Policy for how this content is stored.
