You agree you alone are responsible for keeping access to your cryptocurrency wallet and any cryptocurrency in it. Telegram says no one controls decentralized blockchains, so no mechanism, entity or authority can restore access to your wallet or funds if you lose it, for example through negligence, malware, technical errors or malicious actors. You must safely store your login details, passwords, passphrases and other recovery information, and Telegram will not be liable if you fail to or otherwise lose access. Telegram says it lacks the technical means to restore your wallet and will not refund cryptocurrency lost this way. Channel owners and administrators are also solely responsible for safeguarding, handling and withdrawing channel rewards, and withdrawals are neither reversible nor refundable, including when you use an incorrect wallet.
