Who can take part in the Program
To participate you must live in a country or region where the Program is offered, be at least eighteen (18) years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, purchase an eligible WHOOP Membership and/or WHOOP Device through the Program, own the device you submit (or otherwise have the legal authority to transfer ownership), and comply with the Trade Up Terms. These are listed together as conditions you "must" meet.

WHOOP can refuse, suspend or end your participation for fraud or abuse
WHOOP may refuse, suspend or terminate your participation in the Program if it reasonably believes you have engaged in fraud, abuse, misrepresentation or any activity intended to circumvent the Trade Up Terms. The examples, without limitation, are submitting false information about your device, shipping stolen, counterfeit or altered devices, submitting empty packages, manipulating serial numbers or identifying information, attempting to obtain multiple Trade Up Discounts through fraudulent means, and any other conduct intended to improperly obtain Program benefits. WHOOP reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law.
