Anysphere and its Affiliates’ Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to anyone using our Service, including consumers, developers and businesses, regardless of subscription tier or how the Service is accessed. This AUP forms part of, and is incorporated by reference into, your agreement with Anysphere, Inc. or its Affiliates ("Anysphere," "we," or "us"). If you allow others to use the Service under your account, you are responsible for ensuring they know and follow this AUP. By using our Service, you agree to comply with our policies. Your obligations under this AUP are in addition to your obligations under your Agreement. Capitalized terms used but not defined in this AUP have the meanings given to them in your Agreement. Violating our policies could result in action against your account, up to suspension or termination. In the event of a conflict between this AUP and your Agreement, this AUP controls with respect to acceptable use. We aim to maximize your control over how you use our Service while also ensuring that you do so in a way that is compliant with the law, responsible and safe for humanity. Our policies will evolve over time as our Service and user base change, as well as based on what we learn over time.

The Service and Upstream AI Models

The Service may route your data to AI models provided by us and by third-party model providers ("Model Providers"). When you access a third-party AI model through the Service, the applicable Model Provider's acceptable use policy also applies. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service complies with this AUP and the applicable third-party Model Provider's acceptable use policy.

You are free to use our Service so long as you use it to be a good human, act safely and responsibly, comply with the law, not harm people, and respect our guardrails:
