The Terms remain effective until terminated by you or Walmart. You may terminate at any time by discontinuing use of the Sites. Walmart may terminate at any time, immediately and without notice, and deny access if in its sole discretion you fail to comply. On termination you must promptly destroy all Materials and Content downloaded or obtained from the Sites and all copies.
