Photo Center: back up your photos; Walmart disclaims damage and loss
You are responsible for monitoring and creating backup copies of Photos in your account. The Photo Center is not provided under any warranty, and Walmart will not be liable for damage to photos, albums or uploads, including loss, deletion or alteration. Any damage to Photos or your computer system, or data loss, by Walmart or its subsidiaries, employees or agents, even if caused by negligence, only entitles you to replacement with a like amount of storage and processing, and other recovery including incidental or consequential damages is excluded to the extent the law provides.
