Tinder excludes people who have committed, been convicted of, or pleaded no contest to a crime involving violence, threats of violence or sexual misconduct, and people required to register as sex offenders.

You have not committed, been convicted of, or pled no contest to any crime involving violence, the threat of violence, or sexual misconduct;
You are not required to register as a sex offender with any state, federal or local sex offender registry;
all authorization to access our Services or systems is automatically revoked

Authorization is automatically revoked immediately if requirements cease to be met

Single active account rule and ban on previously removed users
Users may only maintain one active account on Tinder and cannot access the service if previously removed by Tinder or any affiliate.

You do not have any other active accounts on our Services; and
You have not previously been removed from our Services or our affiliates' services by us or our affiliates, unless you have our express written permission to create a new account.

Account termination procedures and immediate ban without refund for breach
Users may delete accounts at any time; Tinder may suspend or terminate accounts without notice or refund if it believes terms were violated.

You can delete your account at any time by logging into the Website or App, going to "Settings", clicking "Delete Account", and following the instructions to complete the deletion process.
Tinder also reserves the right to review and, if appropriate, suspend, terminate, or ban your account without a refund if Tinder believes that you have violated these Terms, misused our Services, or behaved in a way that Tinder regards as inappropriate or unlawful, on or off our Services, in our sole discretion.

New York subscribers may place subscriptions on hold for up to one year and are informed that Tinder does not guarantee a specific number of referrals.

The Services do not guarantee any number of "referrals" - rather, the functionality of the Services is such that the subscriber can view as many profiles as he/she would like;
Upon notice in writing and delivered to Tinder Legal, P.O. Box 25472, Dallas, Texas 75225, USA, subscribers may place their subscription on hold for up to one year;

Content decisions may be appealed; abusive reports can trigger bans
Users may appeal mistaken content removals. Repeated manifestly unfounded reports can lead to the reporter being banned.

If you believe Your Content was removed in error, you may submit an appeal.
Repeated submission of manifestly unfounded reports will result in a ban.

Eligibility also requires legal capacity and sanctions compliance
Users must be legally able to contract, permitted by law to use Tinder, and outside the stated embargo and prohibited-person restrictions. Losing eligibility ends authorization and requires account deletion.

You are not located in a country that is subject to a U.S. Government embargo
You are not on any list of individuals prohibited from conducting business with the United States

Account rights cannot be transferred and generally end at death
Accounts and granted licenses cannot be assigned by the user. Tinder may assign its rights without restriction. Account and content rights end at death unless law provides otherwise; invalid provisions generally leave the rest in force.

your Tinder account is non-transferable and all of your rights to your account and its content terminate upon your death, unless otherwise provided by law.
