Content restrictions: illegal, harmful, deceptive, spam or malicious material
Bumble says it imposes restrictions on content that is illegal or promotes illegal activity, harms minors, is defamatory, infringes third-party rights, shows a person without consent, is offensive, obscene or violent, is abusive or discriminatory, or relates to commercial activities such as sales, competitions and advertising. It also restricts spam, impersonation or manipulation, malicious code, and anything that violates the Community Guidelines.

By uploading Your Content the user represents and warrants having the necessary rights and licences, and automatically grants Bumble a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, worldwide licence to use it in any way, including editing, copying, modifying, translating, creating derivative works, advertising and distributing it, in any format or medium now known or later developed. Bumble may assign or sub-license this licence to affiliates and successors without further approval.

The other items on the Colorado list match the earlier restricted-content list.

Except where applicable law prohibits it, no title or ownership in Virtual Items is transferred, and a purchase is not a sale of rights in them.

BeePitched is a content creation tool that lets individuals over 18 who have agreed to the Terms create personalised content about another person, including text, images and other materials (Pitch Content), and generate a downloadable Pitch card, image or similar asset. Bumble says it is user-controlled, does not verify the accuracy of Pitch Content and is not responsible for content users create, share or distribute; users handle downloading and sharing, and Bumble does not host or distribute completed Pitches.
