You agree that the issuer will obtain credit reports about you, investigate your ability to pay, and obtain information about you from other sources, including information to verify and re-verify your employment and income. You agree that the issuer will use that information for any purposes, for example marketing to you or evaluating you for a new account, subject to applicable law. You agree that the issuer will give information about the Account to credit reporting agencies. The issuer will tell a credit reporting agency if you fail to comply with the Agreement, which may have a negative impact on your credit report.
