If American Express suspects such activity, you agree to cooperate and comply with any fraud prevention, security, verification or other measures it may reasonably require. Failure to cooperate or comply may lead to suspension or termination of your participation and any other action permitted under these terms, the applicable rewards programs (including Membership Rewards), your Card Member Agreement, other American Express terms or applicable law.
