You agree that American Express will give information about the Account to credit reporting agencies, and it will tell a credit reporting agency if you fail to comply with the Agreement, which may have a negative impact on your credit report. If you believe information it has given to a credit reporting agency is incorrect, you can write to American Express Credit Bureau Unit, P.O. Box 981537, El Paso, TX 79998-1537, telling it the specific information you believe is incorrect.
