Wire status notices come by app, email, SMS or call and reflect only Chase's processing, not receipt
Chase updates the Wire Payment activity page in the Chase mobile application and on chase.com or jpmorganonline.com, and may also send an email or message through the Digital Platforms, call you or send an SMS using the email address or mobile number you provided, and may notify you verbally but is not required to. Any status information reflects only Chase's processing of your wire and does not show its status outside Chase's systems, so completing processing does not necessarily mean the recipient was credited. If you have no email address on file, an email is undeliverable or Chase cannot send because of failures or outages beyond its reasonable control, it is your responsibility to monitor your account for the status, using chase.com, jpmorganonline.com, the mobile app, a branch or Financial Center or the call center. These notification methods are deemed commercially reasonable. Other information given when you schedule a transfer only indicates Chase received the request, not that it accepted the transfer.

We may also call you or send you an SMS message on the status of your funds transfer. If we send you an SMS message, we will use a mobile number you have provided. We may also notify you verbally of the status of your transfer, but we are not required to do so.
Any status information we provide reflects only the status of us processing your wire transfer and does not indicate the status of your wire transfer outside of our systems. For example, when we complete processing your wire transfer that does not necessarily mean it has been credited to your recipient.
If you do not have an email address on file, if the email is returned undeliverable, or we are unable to send an email due to system failures or outages beyond our reasonable control, it is your responsibility to monitor your account for the status of your funds transfer.
