Either party can request an order protecting confidential arbitration information

At either party’s request, the arbitrator will order that either party’s confidential information disclosed orally or in documents be used or disclosed only for arbitration or an award-enforcement proceeding. Permitted court filings containing it must be under seal to the furthest extent allowed by law. This is a requested protection for confidential information, not a blanket statement that every aspect of arbitration is secret.
