Service use may lead to publicity uses without further payment or approval
When you participate in DFS, Gaming or promotions, or otherwise use services, DraftKings may use your name, likeness, voice, opinions and biography for publicity, advertising, trade or promotions without further payment, consideration, notice or approval. This is broader than the separate feedback-posting provision, which promises consent before publishing first and last names with feedback.

Cross-references
- contrast (model-proposed): Published feedback uses your first name and last initial unless you consent to more — The publicity clause permits name and likeness use without further approval, while feedback publication promises prior consent for a full name. The provisions address different contexts and pull in different directions; neither is silently treated as cancelling the other.
