Participating Diamond customers have an opportunity to select one gift from a selection DraftKings controls. Only Customers in the Diamond and Onyx tiers are eligible to participate in the Elite Rewards portion of the Program, and Customers who have been gifted Diamond or Onyx tier status or status extension are not eligible to participate in Elite Rewards. To be eligible to participate in the Elite Rewards portion of the Program, Customers must receive an invitation from DraftKings to participate in Elite Rewards, and the offer to participate in Elite Rewards is only valid for the intended recipient. Individuals or Customers who receive an offer to participate in Elite Rewards via an email forward, screenshot, or other means shall not be eligible to participate in the Elite Rewards portion of the Program. DraftKings may, in its sole and absolute discretion, for any reason or no reason, revoke a Customer’s participation in the Elite Rewards portion of the Program, revoke any Elite Rewards Gifts, and/or require the return of any Elite Rewards Gifts.
