You consent to receive your DraftKings related tax information, including, without limitation, Forms 1099 and W-2G, electronically, which information will be securely hosted by DraftKings and accessible by you through your player account page for at least seven (7) calendar years following the year to which the information relates.
Your consent to receive tax information electronically will be effective until withdrawn.
Your electronic tax information will be furnished on a downloadable PDF, which you should be able to access and print using a standard PDF reader (such as Adobe Acrobat Reader) on a computer or mobile device.
Qualifications & exceptions
