When you generate or share links, DraftKings may collect and retain information including user ID, timestamp, IP location and the versions of referral templates and accepted checkboxes to monitor compliance with these terms, TOU and law. DraftKings may collect and retain information when you generate or share Links, including, without limitation, user ID, timestamp, IP location, and the version of referral templates and checkboxes you accepted, for the purpose of monitoring compliance with the Terms, the TOU, and applicable law. DraftKings reserves the right to review and audit referral activity, and to suspend or withhold Rewards in the event it determines, in its sole and absolute discretion, for any reason or no reason, that you did not comply with the requirements in the Terms or TOU. DraftKings may rely on these records to demonstrate compliance with applicable consumer protection laws.
