KWS says it does not sell, target ads or use significant-effect automated profiling
The other-US-state subsection says KWS does not sell collected personal data, process it for targeted advertising, or automatically profile users to make decisions with legal or similarly significant effects. This expressly includes users it knows are under 18. The profiling statement is about that specified form of decision-making, not a claim that every automated verification operation is absent.
