To access and use the services you may be required to download and install Nord's Software on a supported device. The Software means apps for mobile, desktop, smart TV or other supported devices, other related software including updates, and accompanying documentation that Nord provides for your use of the services. The terms that apply to the Software follow in this section.

The Software, including updates, is owned by Nord and its licensors, who keep all rights, title and interest in the Software, its underlying technology, documentation and any derivative works, modifications or improvements.
