Data Access & Collection · Restriction or exception
Scraping, framing and mirroring content are restricted
Two list items restrict automated and structural reuse: copying, framing or mirroring any part or content of the Services, and using data mining, robots or similar gathering or extraction methods designed to scrape or extract data from the Products or Services. The framing restriction carries a stated carve-out for copying or framing within your own intranet or otherwise for your own internal business purposes, which sits oddly beside the separate statement that the Products and Services are intended for personal, non-commercial home use.

Supporting quotations
copy, frame or mirror any part or content of the Services, other than copying or framing in your own intranet or otherwise for your own internal business purposes
use any data mining, robots or similar data gathering or extraction methods designed to scrape or extract data from our Products or Services
Qualifications & exceptions
- Framing and mirroring are allowed “other than copying or framing in your own intranet or otherwise for your own internal business purposes”
- The data-mining prohibition targets methods designed to scrape or extract data
- The internal-business carve-out appears alongside a separate provision describing use as intended to be personal and non-commercial
Not stated here
- This document does not reconcile the intranet/internal-business carve-out with the personal, non-commercial use statement
Cross-references
- contrast (model-proposed): Products are for personal, non-commercial US home use only — The framing prohibition allows copying or framing for your own intranet or internal business purposes, while another provision describes use as intended to be personal and non-commercial; the document leaves the two unreconciled.
