Roku Promotional Credit Terms

• These terms govern promotional credits from Roku or its affiliates Charges & Financial Obligations

The following terms and conditions ("Promotional Credit Terms") apply to any promotional credits provided to you by Roku or its affiliates ("Credits"):

• Credits cannot be purchased, have no cash value, and are not redeemable for cash.

• Credits are redeemable only for future purchases of hardware devices, subscriptions, and content billed through Roku Pay (“Eligible Purchases”). Eligible Purchases exclude purchases billed through third parties, including but not limited to NetflixNetflix, AmazonAmazon Prime, YouTubeYouTube TV, and AppleApple TV. Roku may exclude other content, products, or purchases from Eligible Purchases at its sole discretion. You must be logged into your Roku account to redeem Credits for Eligible Purchases.
• • Credits redeem only for future purchases billed through Roku Pay, while signed in Charges & Financial Obligations
  • Third-party-billed purchases are excluded and Roku may exclude more at will Charges & Financial Obligations
• Credits represent a limited, revocable right solely for use towards Eligible Purchases, which is terminated upon the redemption, expiration, or revocation of the applicable Credits. No other rights or interests in Credits are conveyed, including, without limitation, any intellectual property or monetary rights or interests.
• • A Credit is a limited, revocable right that ends on use, expiry or revocation Legal Rights & Agreement Rules
• Credits are provisioned in a single currency to a single account and cannot be split, sold, traded, or otherwise transferred to any other account or person.
• • Each Credit stays in one currency and one account and cannot be transferred Charges & Financial Obligations
• Provision of Credits is subject to your compliance with the terms of the applicable promotion, including without limitation any indicated periods within which you must claim Credits. Credits expire on the earlier of: (a) the date provided in connection with the applicable promotion; or (b) twenty-four (24) months from the date the applicable Credits are made available in your Roku account.
• • Credits expire at the earlier of the promotion date or 24 months after issue Charges & Financial Obligations
  • Getting a Credit depends on meeting the promotion's own terms and deadlines Charges & Financial Obligations
• Roku will automatically apply available Credits towards Eligible Purchases. If the applicable transaction amount is less than your available Credits, any remaining Credits will be available for future purchases. If your available Credits are less than the applicable transaction amount, your payment method on file will be charged for the difference.
• • Roku applies Credits automatically and leaves any remainder for later Charges & Financial Obligations
  • When Credits don't cover the purchase, your payment method pays the difference Charges & Financial Obligations
• Roku may modify or update the Promotional Credit Terms at any time in its sole discretion and will make such updates available to you. Continued use of any Credits confirms your acceptance of such updated terms. The Promotional Credit Terms are supplemental to your Roku Account Terms. In the event of any conflict between the Promotional Credit Terms and your Roku Account Terms, the Promotional Credit Terms will control solely with respect to matters related to Credits.
